Refunds and cancellation

Cancel any time. Here's exactly when you're charged and when we refund.

This policy is part of the Flowstate Terms of Service between you and FLOWSTATE MAIL LTD. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), our reseller and merchant of record.

Cancelling

  • Cancel any time, with no contract and no cancellation fee.
  • How: in the app (Account, then Cancel plan), in the Lemon Squeezy billing portal linked from your receipts and Account page, or by emailing team@flowstatemail.com from your account email.
  • When it takes effect: at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then and won't be charged again.
  • We confirm every cancellation by email. If you don't get a confirmation, email us.

Refunds

  • Monthly payments aren't refunded for the unused part of a month, because the month's work starts as soon as you pay.
  • We refund in full if:
    • you were charged after you cancelled;
    • you were charged twice, or the wrong amount; or
    • your month wasn't delivered within 7 days of payment because of a problem on our side, and we can't fix it.

  • Ask by emailing team@flowstatemail.com within 30 days of the charge. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and can take up to 10 days to show.
  • Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll sort it out faster.
  • Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase.

Free first month

Price changes

We email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, so you can cancel first.
