Everything you need to run your month with Flowstate.
Getting started
- Drop your store link on the home page and press Start my month. Your brand scan and research begin straight away.
- Onboarding has 4 short steps: Brand DNA, Goals, Flows and Campaigns. Every step has sensible defaults, so you can click straight through.
- The chat on the right is always open. Use it to add notes, ask questions or change direction at any time.
While your month is built
- The building screen shows a countdown, the 6 stages and a calendar that fills in as campaigns are planned.
- You can close the tab. We email you when your month is ready.
Reviewing your month
- Your dashboard has the calendar, every email (subject line, preview text, copy and design), your flows, research angles and the QA checklist.
- Open any email and use Request changes to ask for edits. Replies arrive in the chat.
- Approve each discount code, claim and assumption in the QA checklist before you send.
- When your agents share them, links to the Google Sheet calendar and the Figma file appear at the top of the dashboard.
Reports and daily watch
- Connect Klaviyo with a private API key that has read-only access. You can do this in onboarding, on the Reports page or in Account.
- We check your account every day for spam, unsubscribe and bounce spikes, flows that stopped or dropped, and gaps in campaign sends.
- Every Monday you get a weekly report, and on the 1st a monthly one. Old reports stay in your history.
Billing
- Flowstate is $200 a month. Manage your card and invoices from Account, then Manage billing. Cancel anytime from Account.
